MWPH offers 1 hour private / semi private lessons at any of the Salt Lake County Ice Arenas (Steiner, Murray, or Acord) during stick and puck sessions. Every new attendee will receive a MWPH jersey.
If you wish to skate in a small group of up to three skaters, it is up to you to determine who you will skate with. MWPH does not put groups together.
To request a lesson please fill out the form below, and it will be confirmed when I am able to reserve my spot in the requested session.
With the venue change in the lessons please follow the link to download and fill out the Release and Waiver of Liability.
If it is your first time having a lesson please follow the link to download and have the athlete fill out the Session Questionnaire.
