All '07 and '08 players that are looking to stay sharp this spring can sign up for these tune up ice sessions located at the Olympic Oval.
Please fill out the form below, the MWPH RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY (bring or email copy), sign up in the scheduler to the right (if on your cell, it is below the form), and pay via the posted Venmo.
If you are returning, you do not need to fill out the form below again. Just reserve your spot in scheduler and pay via Venmo.
Credit Card transactions along with Venmo will be added in the future, but until then Venmo will be the only method of accepted payment. Please label what you are paying for in the Venmo. PAYMENT IS DUE AT TIME OF BOOKING.
